Retry failed uploads

Did your uploads get stuck on the app and now show up as "failed"? No worries, you can easily retry these uploads!

It could be the internet connection not being available, or the device's storage being full when capturing the data. The fact is: that sometimes uploads might fail. But don't worry!

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to retry those failed uploads so you can see them on the platform in no time:

Access the Device Menu

By clicking on the left side, you'll be able to see your device's identification and the counters. If you notice any failed uploads, click the counters box for more details.

Check the Details

Once in the details view, you'll see which uploads have failed. Make sure the device identification matches the one shown on the previous screen. If there's a mismatch, please contact the Cargosnap support team.

Retry the Uploads

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and click "Retry uploads."

This action will push the queue and resend the uploads to the platform.

That's it! You should see the uploads on the platform shortly. 😌
