How to reset a password for a platform user
Sometimes a user gets in the trouble where they can log on nor reset their password. As an account admin, you can come to the rescue!
☝️ This feature is only available if you have the role "Manager" or "SuperAdmin".
Normally, you do not want to use this feature. Users should be able to reset their own Cargosnap password.
But, sometimes it may happen they do not have access to their e-mail at the time or the password reset messages get caught in a spam filter. Then, this can help you help the user!
To reset the users' password is pretty straightforward:

In the upper right corner, click on your company name and navigate to "Teams, devices & users";

Then, go to "Users" to locate the user you would like to remove;

Click the User name;

Click the Password reset button:

Confirm the Password reset:

Now this will generate a new password for the user, like this:

This password is all CAPS (passwords are case SenSiTiVe!) and will contain one or more numbers. Share this reference with the user, as their new password to log on.
The user will now be able to log on. Note, that the user will be required to change her password right away and will also be notified by email of this password change.
