How do I reset my lost or forgotten password?

Losing or forgetting your password happens to us all now and then; fortunately, resetting it is easy!

1. From the Login page, click 'Forgot Password?':

 

2. Enter your email address, which you use to log in to the Cargosnap platform.

3. Click the "Send Password Reset Link":

 

4. An email with the Password Reset Link will be sent to your Inbox.


​5. Click Reset Password. You will be taken back to the Login Page to create a new (strong and unique) Password; and by clicking the "Reset Password" button, you'll be good to go!
